Payment terms:

• 1 year stay: upfront 6 months rental fee upon booking, the rest 6 months rental fee to be paid in advance at the end of the 6th-month rental
• 6 months stay: upfront 3 months rental fee upon booking, the rest 3 months rental fee to be paid in advance at the end of the 3rd-month rental
